RMA form

Returning products for repair or service, require usage of Styromatic RMA form.

If a product is defective, either upon delivery or later during the warranty period or if you need to have performed service on your product, you are required to use our RMA form. This will give you a Return number, which you need to use for sending the product back to us.

Please fill out our RMA form, then we will sent you the Return number to the email-address you enter. Please fill out the RMA form for each product with full error description and with as many details as possible.

Regarding shipment of the product, it has to be packed and protected very carefully to prevent damages during transport.

Please save the Return number, as this is your key in your contact with us regarding the RMA and it will ensure the whole process from start to the end by faster and more accurate remediation of the fault. Therefore the Return number is a requirement for all products returned to Styromatic.

All RMA packages and shipment have these requirements
  • Visible return number (RMA-number) written on the package.
  • Package list with item-number and number of products.
  • If shipment contain multiple RMAs, each product have to be marked with reference to Return number and related fault-description in RMA form.
Conditions and charges for service and RMA.

Styromatic use our general terms of sale for charging services and RMA. Please notice these headlines:

  • For products without warranty or products sent for repair, where fault can not be found, we charge a fixed service fee of 350 dkk.
  • For repair without warranty, we charge materials and an hourly rate at 750 dkk.
  • Repair of product which is covered within warranty, is only done if cost is lower then 50% of Styromatic selling price, unless it is pre-agreed. Else you will receive a credit note for Styromatic sales price of product.
  • Cost of shipment for product without warranty, is fully covered by you as customer.
  • Cost of shipment for product covered by warranty is paid by the customer to Styromatic. Styromatic will pay the return-Ship ment.
When will my product be serviced?

When our service or RMA department receives the products, we begin immediately to work with it. Normally, all repairs are completed within 3 weeks if the repair is in Denmark and 6 weeks if it is in Thailand that it needs to be repaired.

How long is a Return number valid?

After you have received the Return number with email, the material must be received by Styromatic within 7 days otherwise the Return number is no longer valid. A Return number can not be reused to obtain a new case.

Item without Return number.

When sending products without a Return number, these will be rejected and returned without having made service/repair, at your expense.
